6 chicken breast or 8 thighs
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 small diced onion
1 10 oz pkg. longhorn cheddar cheese grated.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large bag nacho flavor doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Boil onion and chicken until done. Save the broth. Crush the doritos. Debone chicken and mix together with both cans of soup, rotel tomatoes, crushed doritos and 2 cups of chicken broth. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
