1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 c apple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c butter (I leave butter out)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine dry ingredients blend well. Stir in apple juice and lemon juice. Cook until mixture thickens, stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
