1 c chopped broccoli
1 c chopped cauliflower
1 carrot sliced thin
2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
1 2/3 c water
soy sauce if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
peel carrot and slice thin. Before opening the ramen packets, crush packets and break up the noodles.
put vegetable in a pan and stir fry about 1 minute, stir in broken noodles, contents of the seasoning packets and the water. Bring to boil, lower the heat to simmer, place lid on 3-5 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir twice during cooking. Serve, with soy sauce if desired.
