8 large cucumbers, cubed 4 large onions, sliced 1/2c. salt 2 1/2c. vinegar 3c. sugar 1tsp. ginger 3tsp. tumeric 2c. water 1tbsp. margarine 1/2c. flour 3tbsp. dry mustard
Combine the first tree ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit overnight, then drain and rinse. Boil the remainder of the ingredients and add the cucumbers and onions. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and add 1c. sour cream. Stir and put into hot jars and seal.
