Pie crust for single layer 9" pie
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs
4 cups fresh blackberries or 16 oz. pkg. frozen blackberries, thawed

Directions:

Combine 1 cup sugar, sour cream, flour, and salt. Place berries in pie shell. Spread sour cream mixture on top. Combine bread crumbs and remaining sugar (2 tbsp.) and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes.
