8 shredded frozen hash brown patties
1 cup precooked meat (ham, bacon, sausage, etc)
2 cups shredded cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place hash brown patties in greased 9x13 glass dish. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with meat and cheeses evenly. In a large bowl beat eggs. Add milk and salt. Stir. Pour mixture over cheeses and meat. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins.
