2 c. sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 c. light cream
4 squares (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 beaten eggs
4 c. whipping cream
1 c. finely chopped milk chocolate (about 6 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine sugar and gelatin. Stir in light cream and unsweetened chocolate. Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture almost boils, sugar dissolves, and chocolate melts. Stir 1 cup of hot mixture into eggs; return all to saucepan. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. (If chocolate flecs appear, beat til smooth.) Cover; chill.
Stir in whipping cream and milk chocolate. Freeze in a 4 or 5 quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.

This is a real winner for ice cream. If you don't have an ice cream freezer, get one. The kids will love the days you plan to freeze ice cream. It is such an easy wonderful dessert for family get togethers.
