3 pkgs yeast 1/2 C. warm water 1 tbsp. honey 4 1/2 C. warm water 2/3 C. honey 2 tbsp. salt 1 C. sugar 2/3 C. oil 6 to 7 C. whole wheat flour 8 C. shifted unbleached flour
Mix first 3 ingredients into a small bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. In a bigger bowl mix water, oil, honey, salt and sugar well together, then add the yeast mixture. Add whole wheat flour and finish up with unbleached flour. Mix till mixture comes away from the side of the bowl. Put into a greased bowl and let rise 2 times. Grease bread pan and put dough into pans and let rise again. Bake at 350º four 20 minutes then turn the oven down to 325º an bake for another 20 minutes.
