3 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 C sugar
5 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C sour cream
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan if using cup cake papers-fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 300 for 35 minutes. Do Not Brown.
As cake cools they will drop in center, making a well.
Mix sour cream, vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar. Full the well in cake and top with fruit filling. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes at 300 until set. Cool before refrigerating.

Foil cups can be baked on cookie sheet. These can be frozen for up to 3 weeks.
