1 lb. sweet loose sausage
1 lb. hot loose sausage
1 lb. mozzarella cheese shredded
1 lb. provolone cheese shredded
1 medium onion (optional)
1 pt. sour cream
1-16 oz spaghetti sauce (any)
2 lb. pkg medium shell pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cheeses and sour cream together in bowl, set aside. Brown meat with chopped onions, drain and add spaghetti sauce. Set aside. Cook pasta, then drain. In 9x13 casserole dish, put 1/2 cooked shells on bottom and add 1/2 spaghetti sauce on top, then 1/2 of sour cream/cheese mixture on top of sauce and repeat. Cook for 30 minutes at 350.
