1 pound of jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 Steaks
1 large garlic clove, crushed
Salt
Juice of 1 lime
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic, salt, lime juice, and olive oil. Put in shrimp and marinate for 2 hours. Also marinate steak. Thread shrimp and steak onto skewers. Grill 5 to 6 inches from the coals for about 12-15 minutes, turning frequently .

** We used precooked frozen shrimp and it works just fine.
