3 eggs, beaten well
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
2 tsp. grated orange peel or lemon peel
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice

Preheat oven to 325F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Grease two bread pans. Pour batter into bread pans. Top with cinnamon & sugar mixture. Bake for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Make two loaves.
