1 loaf frozen bread dough 1 egg 1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. oregano salt and pepper sliced pepperoni sliced mushrooms 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
Egg wash-beat egg with parsley, oregano and salt and pepper. Set aside Thaw and roll or stretch dough to fill cookie sheet flat. Spread 1/2 egg wash on dough. Place sliced pepperoni, sprinkle sliced mushrooms and cheese. Tri-fold dough. Cover and spread rest of egg wash over dough. Let rise for 2-3 hours Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
