4-6 Tick chops
1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 small can mushrooms
1 small green pepper cut in strips
4-6 slices mozzarella cheese
RICE
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fat off chops, and rub frying pan thoroughly; brown chops slowly and then add tomato sauce, mushrooms, and green pepper. Lower heat and simmer about 45 minutes or until done. Add cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve over Rice.
