2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup crushed crackers
½ cup onion, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sage
Dash pepper
1 ½ lb ground beef
1 pkg pre-cooked bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Martha’s mustard

Beat Eggs, add milk, crackers, onion, salt, sage & pepper. Add to 1 ½ lbs ground beef & mix well.
Place half the mixture into a loaf baking pan (greased) Crumble bacon on top & add 1 cup shredded cheese. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

Smother the top with Martha’s Hot Mustard & a zig zag of ketchup.

Place back in oven for 15-20 more minutes.

Alternate Topping:

1 cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
