1 packaged Pork Loin (whatever size for your family)-----
1-2 large cans of candied yams--or more for a larger sized Pork Loin------
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*
Rub seasonings all over pork loin
In a large cassarole dish place pork loin. Pour candied yams with juices in the cassarole.
Cook 20-25 minutes per pound.

Super simple Super delicious! Another family favorite. I like to make Mommas Butter Rolls to serve with this and sop up the juices.
You could also put this in a slow cooker on low and cook about 4 hours (depending on size of loin-or just until meat is fully cooked)
