1# boneless pork tenderloin
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. seedless raspberry jam
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried, crushed thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Torn mixed greens
Red onion slices
Fresh raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, jam, oil, garlic, and seasonings. Pour half the marinade over pork; reserve remaining marinade for salad dressing. Marinate pork in refrigerator for 2-4 hrs. Grill 30-45 min. Toss reserved marinade with greens and onions. Top with raspberries.
