1/2 of a rotisserie chicken
1/2 granny smith apple
2-3 ribs of celery
1/4 cup of walnuts
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the rotisserie chicken with hands, discard bones and skin (or give to the dogs) and put in a large bowl. Cut the apple and celery ribs into small cubes. Add the walnuts, celery, and apples to the bowl. Mix mayonnaise in, as much or as little as desired. There should be enough so that the chicken salad sticks together. Add salt, pepper, and a little cayenne. Put on bread and enjoy!
