1 and 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 and 1/4 lbs. of butter melted
1/2 cups chopped pecans (optional)
1 C shredded coconut
12 oz peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1-1lb box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
12 oz chocolate chips (Ghiradelli are best)
1/3 block paraffin wax

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chocolate chips and wax. Roll into small balls around 1 inch in diameter. In double boiler melt chocolate chips and wax. Dip balls one at a time in chocolate mixture and drop onto wax paper.
