1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cream of tarter
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 t. (baking) soda
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and form into balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Press with fork. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350.
