1/2 c. minced onions
1 lb/ Braunschweiger
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently; remove fro heat and drain. Remove the casing from the Braunschweiger and mix meat with the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and pepper. Serve as a liver spread on crackers, thinly sliced party rye or serve as a dip accompanied by a variety of fresh raw vegetables like carrots, celery, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes.
