Directions:
Directions:
Boil sausages in a large pot of water until partially cooked. Remove from water and dry sausages with paper towels. Cut up peppers and onions. In a large frying pan, add olive oil, couple of cloves of garlic, then add peppers and onions, season with salt and pepper and fry until partially cooked. Add sausages, mix well, then transfer to a 350 oven for 30-45 minutes, until sausage juices run clear. Re-season with salt & pepper before serving.
