8 oz sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable soup mix
10 oz frozen spinach (cook & drain)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, then add spinach.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bread to dip: dark rye, or any thick and firm bread.
Hawaiian bread works well too.
