1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
3-4 boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in pan and add flour, salt and pepper. Then add milk slowly and bring to a boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from stove and stir in diced eggs.

Mama would make this on Saturday nights in the winter and we would have it over toast. I have heard it called goldenrod because of the yolk adding the color.
