1 T. oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3/4 c. salsa
1 head lettuce, torn or cut
3 c. coarsely broken tortilla chips
1 (15oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
Guacamole
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and add chicken. Cook over medium high heat until done. Reduce heat slightly. Stir in salsa. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. In a large serving bowl, layer lettuce, chips, combined kidney beans and onions, then the chicken mixture. Spread guacamole over the chicken layer, spreading to the edges of the bowl to seal. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and chill.
