2 T. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. thin cut veal
Olive oil
Spaghetti, 1 package
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat each piece of veal in the flour mixture. Heat oil and cook each piece of meat on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of spaghetti sauce and set aside. Pour the remaining sauce in the jar over the cooked spaghetti. Put spaghetti in a 13X9 baking dish. Arrange cooked veal atop spaghetti. Spoon reserved spaghetti sauce over each piece of veal. Cover sauce with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of casserole, if desired. Heat casserole at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
