1 lb. ground beef
2 T. fat
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
4 c. (2 no. 303 cans) red kidney beans
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onions and garlic in fat in a heavy skillet. Stir to keep from sticking. Add chili powder, salt, pepper, tomato soup, kidney beans (undrained), water and vinegar. Cover, cook over low heat for 30 minutes stirring often. Uncover and cook to desired consistency.

Can also add celery and 1/2 a green pepper.
