2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup crushed pineapple 1/4 cup chopped carrot 1/4 cup golden raisins 1/4 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup sunflower kernels 1 tbsp chopped green onion 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 sour cream 3/4 tsp lemon juice 1/8 tsp curry powder 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 6 croissants
In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, pineapple, carrots, raisins, cranberries, sunflower kernels and green onion. In another bowl combine mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and cayenne. Pour over chicken mixture: toss to coat. Spoon onto croissant.
