1 pkg. spinach, washed and stems removed
8 oz. tortelini, cooked al dente (can use any variety)
8 mushrooms, wiped clean, stems removed and sliced very thin
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled, quartered
8 slices bacon cooked until crisp. Roll into twists before cooking.
2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing - prepared according to directions.
Hint: for best taste use extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar
