Ingredients:  
1 pkg. spinach, washed and stems removed
8 oz. tortelini, cooked al dente (can use any variety)
8 mushrooms, wiped clean, stems removed and sliced very thin
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled, quartered
8 slices bacon cooked until crisp. Roll into twists before cooking.
2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing - prepared according to directions.
Hint: for best taste use extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar

Place spinach at bottom of large serving bowl. Scatter tortelini and sliced mushrooms over spinach. Arrange eggs on top. Sprinkle feta cheese. Pour dressing over salad. Garnish with Bacon twirls.
