1 quart vanilla or strawberry ice cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 cups red raspberries or strawberries 1 cup blueberries 1 cup canned crushed pineapple (drained) 3 cups mandarin oranges (drained)
Soften ice cream in large chilled bowl. Blend in mayo and fruit. Pour into 9x5x3 loaf pan. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Unmold on cold serving platter and return to freezer until ready to serve. Slice and serve.
