1 C. butter or margarine; softened
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 C. powdered sugar
5 Tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, salt, powdered sugar, and whipping cream. Beat with electric mixer until very smooth and creamy. Stir in vanilla.
*note: additional powdered sugar may be added to obtain desired consistency.
*note: variations: Add 1 Tbsp. instant coffee or cocoa or 2-3 Tbsp. creme de cocoa.
