2 C. sugar
1 C. butter
4 eggs
3 C. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 C. guava juice
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. frozen guava juice concentrate
1/4 tsp.red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well. Stir dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Mix guava concentrate and guava juice. Add dry and liquid alternately to creamy mixture, till well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13x2" pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting or butter cream frostong.
