1 to 2 sticks of butter
1 small onion
4 boneless chicken breast
1 lg can Cream of Mushroom
1 small can Cream of Celery
1 pk of frozen peas and carrots
4 med peeled potatoes
2 pks of rolled pie crust (total of 4 pie crusts)
salt
pepper
Garlic salt
Tony's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Place 2 pie crusts in bottom of 13x9 pan. Pinch ends together in center and make several small slits in crust to vent. Cook in oven till brown. While crust is cooking, cut chicken into small cubes. Saute in pan with 1/2 stick of butter, garlic powder and Tony's. At the same time, cook 1 stick of butter, potatoes, peas and carrots in large pot. Stir constantly until potatoes are done. Remove from heat, stir in chicken, crm of mushroom and celery soups. Add a touch of garlic and salt & pepper to taste. Pour into baked pie crust. Cover with remaining 2 pie crust, making sure sides and center are sealed. Return to oven to bake until top crust is brown. (10-12 min)
