1 20 oz. can Pineapple Chunks
1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
1/2 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Self-Rising Flour
1/2 c. Margarine, melted
1/2 c. Ritz Crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Pineapple, reserve 3 tbsp. juice. Combine Sugar, Flour and Juice. Add Pineapple and Cheese, mix well. Spoon into greased 1 quart casserole dish. Combine Crackers and melted Margarine, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
