2 c. Graham Crackers
1 pkg. Peach Jell-O, 4-serving size
2 tsp. Margarine, melted
2 fresh Peaches, chopped
1 c. Sugar, divided
1 tub lite Cool Whip
Substitution: May use canned peaches (24 oz.). Drain and chop.

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with cup sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of 9" X 13" pan. Refrigerate until filling is ready. Filling: beat cream cheese and cup sugar in large bowl until smooth. Add dry gelatin mix, mix well. Stir in peaches and cool whip. Spoon over crust and cover. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
