Crust:
1 c. Flour
1/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Lemon Peel
1 Egg Yolk
1/4 c. Butter
Filling:
5 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Lemon Peel
tsp. Vanilla Extract
5 Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
c. Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix together and pat on bottom of 9 springform pan, reserving enough to pat around sides. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Pat on sides of warm pan and add filling
Filling: Combine in large bowl and mix at high speed just to blend. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time. Add cream and beat until well-combined. Pour into pan. Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 250 and bake one hour. Spread with sour cream. Refrigerate.
