5 cups Cream
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
3 (8 oz) pkg. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Lemon Peel
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Fruit (I use Cherry Pie filling)

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, place 3 cups Cream, Sugar, Eggs. Cook until just boiling. Beat Cream Cheese until smooth and add to hot mixture. Mix until smooth. Chill completely. Put mixture and remaining ingredients into freezer. Freeze and ripen 4 hours before serving.
