Directions:
(Shells)
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Beat in the 3/4 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time until stiff and frothy. Do not underbeat! Cover a baking sheet with heavy brown paper. (Wax paper or parchment baking paper works too) Drop meringue by 1/4 c. (an ice cream scoop works well) onto paper. Shape mounds into circles, building up the sides. Bake at 275 for 1 hour. Turn off oven. Leave meringue shells in the oven with the door closed overnight.

(Filling)
The next day, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Gently fold in cool whip. Add marshmallows. Pile into shells and chill overnight.

(Topping)
Mix together final ingredients and store in an airtight container in fridge until just before serving time. When it's time to serve, spoon topping on clouds, and enjoy!
