Sauce:
1 c. Catsup
1 c. Onion
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
2 c. Water
1 tsp. Chili Powder

Cook Brisket uncovered for two hours at 350. Cover with Sauce and cook covered at 300. Slice, refrigerate overnight and reheat.
