2-3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1" chunks
1 bag frozen or fresh broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
4-5 tomatoes, skinned and cut into fourths (or 1 large can stewed tomatoes)
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
2 10 oz. cans chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup

Serves: 6-8

Steam veggies. Cook potatoes. Run all through Cuisinart. Combine soups, add veggies, onion and cheese. Cook until heated through. Yum!
