3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine in square cake pan. Place in oven to melt. Blend all other ingredients in a bowl and beat well. Pour into hot buttered pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately with syrup and a sprinkling of powdered sugar, if desired.
