2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 16 oz pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
2 c chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brush chicken breasts with a little melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Cut into small pieces using kitchen shears or knife. Set aside. Steam broccoli until tender, set aside. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a large pan. Stir flour into broth with a whisk, stirring until smooth and add to butter. Bring to boil and stir until thickened and then add soups, mayo, and milk. Place broccoli in bottom of 9x13 pan, sprinkle chicken on top and pour sauce over all. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, add cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
