2 cups cabbage (shaved)
1/2 cup parsley, cut fine
1/2 cup green onions, cut fine

Dressing:

2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix dressing ingredients together well. Add to cabbage mixture.

This salad can be made ahead and kept in refrigerator until needed.
