1 10oz. pkg. baby spinach
1/4 c. raisins (golden)
2 Granny Smith apples, sliced or chunked - leave skin on
1 T. orange juice
1/2 c. cashews



Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 t. garlic salt (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)
1/4 t. celery salt

Directions:

Serves: 6-8

Combine spinach, raisins and cashews. Toss apples with orange juice. Add to salad. Combine dressing in blender. Pour over salad just before serving.
