1 bag baby spinach, washed and drained
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 c. roasted walnuts
5 oz. gouda cheese, thinly sliced or crumbled gorgonzola


Dressing:
2 T. lime juice
2 T. honey
1/4 t. ginger
1 T. olive oil

Directions:

Serves: 6-8

Combine dressing ingredients in blender. Pour over salad ingredients just before serving.
