Ingredients:  
1 pie crust
2 1/2 cups pumpkin ( remove stem and seeds, cut into small chunks and.boil like potatoes.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each of ginger, allspice, cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup margarine ( melted )
2/3 cup milk ( I use whatever I have )

Directions:
after cooking pumpkin, remove outer pumpkin skin,( it almost falls off ) mash pumpkin , stir all ingredients together, pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 min. at 425. Reduce temp to 350 and bake for 40-50 min.

I usually use the pumpkins I grow in my garden for this, you can save the pumpkin seeds and dry them out to plant the next year.
