6 - 8 skinless chicken thighs
1/2 c. soy sauce to taste
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. grate fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken. Place in slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 - 7 hours. Serve over rice with fresh salad.

I use 1/4 c. soy sauce, and 1 tsp. ginger. I substituted fresh spices with dry. I also cook on low for 8 hours and skip 1 hour on high.
