1 1/3 c. white sugar 6 T. butter 6 T. milk 1/2 c. chocolate chips 4 marshmallows or 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil slowly. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add chocolate chips and stir until dissolved. Add marshmallows. Stir. Pour over room temperature cake. Let stand; frosting will set as it cools.
