Ingredients:  
4 c. 1-inch slices rhubarb, 1 1/2c. sugar, 1/4c flour,
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, dash salt, 2 T. butter. 9 inch pie crust with lattice top.


Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt. ad to 3 beaten eggs. Beat until smooth. Stir in rhubarb.
Prepare pie crust. Pour mixture into pie plate with pastry. Dot with butter. Adjust with lattice top. seal. Bake at 400 for 50 min.
