2 oranges 2 lemons 2c. shredded carrots 2 tbps. lemon juice 2c. water 1 package of certo
Cut the lemon and the oranges and peel. Slice rinds fine Cook orange and lemon rind in the water for 40 minutes. Add shredded carrots. Add 1 package of certo and 2 tsp. lemon juice. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal.
